You are as a customer entering into a contract by accepting these terms

1 ) you will pay for you server in inadvance and will need to pay for your server on the same date every month (i.e. if your server was setup on the 25th of the month you will need to pay for your server on the same date every month)

Servers are rented on a monthly basis and if you require to reduce your slots it will take effect the month after your request, if you require slots to be reduced immediately ez-servers.co.uk cannot offer any refund.

2 ) We will expect payment no later than 2 days after the the due date of your server (Teamspeak or gameserver) , if you have not paid by this time your server will be switched off, your server will be switched back on only after you have paid.

3 ) As a customer you will accept that from time to time computers parts may fail and there will be an element of time that you may not be able to access your server / teamspeak servers. if any failure occurs these will be dealt with as quickly as possible. and there will be no refund of money if these faults occur.

4 )You as the customer are responsible for any custom maps, mods and configs installed on the server, if you require help with configuring any mods please contact one of the ez-server admins who will try to help, Please be aware that the ez-server admins may not know all mods and may not be able to help immediately. if a mod damages your server installation for any reason then Ez-servers.co.uk will reinstall your server for you free of charge, but it is then down to the customer to then reinstate any custom maps or mods.

5 ) EZ-SERVERS.CO.UK will post all mods approved by ourselves in the mods section of TCAdmin and on the website www.ez-servers.co.uk.

6 )All customers are expected to use the server to run only server related files, ie mp3 files are not to be uploaded to your server space, if found, any unauthorised files will be deleted without your prior notification.

7 ) Any information you provide while creating an account with EZ-SERVERS will be treated in the strictest confidence, it will only be veiwable by top level administration staff and will NOT be transferred sold or shared in any way with any other company or third party. When your account is considered inactive it will be deleted in it's entirety and none of the information supplied by you to create the account will be retained by EZ-SERVERS.

8 ) We do accept bots and stats on our servers, but if we find that any server is using excess cpu or bandwidth, we reserve the right to ask you to remove these. if after we have either asked you to reduce bots or remove a stat program, you have not done so ez-servers Admins will have the right to disable the server. until the customer has dealt with the issue requested to them by the ez-server Admins The recommended bots on any server is 4-6 bots anymore than this can cause server lag. (WE TAKE THESE MEASURES SO THAT EVERY SERVER ON A SPECIFIC DEDICATED BOX DOES NOT EXPERIENCE LAG DUE TO OVERLOADING)
